the lecture explores the temporality of return and asks what it means to return to a past that has already been selected, purified and made to authorise the image of a nation and a future already imagined in advance.

Workshop: On the Notion of Return
2 – 4 PM
The workshop will offer a more intimate setting for reading excerpts from Fanny Söderbäck’s ‘Revolutionary Time: Revolt as Temporal Return’ and Harry Harootunian’s ‘The Future of Fascism’.

The workshop is limited to 12 participants and requires registration.

((within) a) quiet system we observe and warp what we find to keep our collective longings circling around a consistent reliable current. Sweeping, holding.

A movement. A moment. A system of rearrangements. Huddling together to keep warm. Huddling together to keep going. An exhibition on our collective strive towards a better understanding on what it means to coexist, exist and work together in a system quietly closing in around us.

We are opening our Summerbar on Thursday 9th July in the „Kleine Halle“ with a night of tropical queer fever 🌴 ✨ 🌈
